Sometimes what you need is a good flush.

It is not unusual to find individuals who are always debating strength training vs. high intensity training. It is always a thought, which style is best and how to use each.
I would have to say that no matter which one you prefer it's all about which one you are more comfortable with, the one that you prefer or the purpose.
I've tried both, if your preference is to have a brief and intense workout then the HIT us for you. If your preference is to workout while taking your time then the normal strength training is for you.
Combining both is the best way to go, most people combine the technical aspects of strength training with the high intensity training and that makes for a perfect way to not only burn fat at a higher rate but also to get shredded and show gains.
At the end of the day it is about preference, what your comfortable with and what it is that you are trying to achieve.
